This hotel is within walking distance (0.3 miles) away from the reception venue! We were notified that all rooms under our wedding block are booked however, there is a chance that 30 days before the wedding additional rooms will become available if they are not booked by the other events that also have room blocks. Oneida Hotel and Casino is another hotel that we have a wedding block at.

We will know 30 days prior to our wedding if the Cobblestone Hotel and Suites (across the street from the venue) has additional rooms available to reserve however, if you are not wanting to wait last minute to make a reservation, we have a wedding block at Oneida Hotel and Casino as well. This hotel is 19 miles from the venue however, there will be a free hotel shuttle offered for our wedding guests. There are other hotel options closer to the venue however, they do not offer shuttle services.

A shuttle service will be offered to our local guests for $15 per person. The shuttle will leave promptly at 1:30 PM from Piggly Wiggly located at 300 E Ann St Kaukauna, WI 54130. The shuttle will drive guests to the ceremony, Rocky Top Bar, and the venue where dinner and reception will be held. The shuttle will then pick up guests at 11:45PM to drive guests back to Piggly Wiggly located at 300 E Ann St Kaukauna, WI 54130. Please keep in mind that the shuttle will be picking guests up at ONE set time. You must RSVP by May 1st if you are interested in utilizing the shuttle.
