Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so we recommend arriving no later than 3:45pm to ensure guests have enough time to be seated before the processional.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual Women: Think of elegant cocktail dresses, midi or maxi-length dresses, or stylish jumpsuits. Men: a light sport jacket with a button-down shirt or a suit with/without a tie. Our bridal party will be wearing multiple shades of green, but feel free to wear whatever color you want! We kindly ask that women refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne or cream attire.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

There are many locations on the property! We plan to have our ceremony and reception indoors with the option of an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour!

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be shuttle service to and from our wedding! The shuttle will arrive at Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Joy/Lancaster West at 2:45pm and depart at 3:00pm This shuttle will arrive at Sure Stay Plus by Best Western at 3:15 pm and will depart at 3:30 pm. For guests who would like to end the night early, shuttle services to both hotels from the venue will begin at 9pm. There will be a second shuttle leaving the venue at the conclusion of our reception at 10pm. **Please note that this shuttle is not only for guests of the hotel. If you plan to attend the after party, you are more than welcome to take this shuttle and get off at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Joy/Lancaster West (within walking distance of after party) hotel.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones (we really do!), our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of family). We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with our nearest and dearest friends and family and are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you’re not sure, just tap the RSVP tab on this website, search your name, and all guests on your invitation will show.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony and allow our amazing, hired photographers to work their magic!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP no later than March 6th to ensure that our vendors have ample time to prepare. Please RSVP via this site using the "RSVP" tab.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! Mick’s All American Pub will remain open for anyone who would like to enjoy some drinks after the wedding until 1am. For those interested, Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Joy/Lancaster West is a 2 minute walk from the after party.
