If we do not have an answer by then we will have to assume you will not be able to make it. We completely understand and will miss you dearly. We have to turn in a final number of guests, which impacts the quantities of food and beverage that are supplied for the event as well as the number of actual seats provided at both the ceremony and reception. We are registered right here on the zola app. Check under the registry tab for our cash fund information. We will also have a cash box at the reception for anyone who does not have online access.
If your invitation includes a plus-one or additional family members, it will be listed on your RSVP. While we wish we could invite everyone, space is limited. Thank you for understanding.
We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearers until after dinner. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Our dress code is (formal/cocktail/garden party attire) we can't wait to see you all dressed up! However it is the coldest month in Texas.. but its Texas weather you never know. Layers?

Yes, we have a hotel block at two hotels. Discount link for both hotels is on the travel tab. Hyatt Regency Conroe - 1001 Grand Central Parkway, Conroe, TX 77304 TownePlace Suites by Marriott Conroe - 1017 Outpost Drive, Conroe, Tx, 77304 The Hyatt is slightly more expensive and about 15-20 mins away from the venue. This is the hotel Aaron and I will be staying at. TownePlace Suites is more affordable and only 8-15 mins away from the venue. Discount link for this hotel is on the travel tab. There are also some tiny home rental options available in the Conroe / Willis area. You can find them on airb&b glampinghub or like websites. Factors to consider. Proximity to venue / transit 10-15 min away can be quite reasonable, but you’ll want to check if that’s by car, by public transport, traffic etc. If many guests don’t drive, transit or walkability matters. Cost per night + group rates: Some hotels offer blocks or discounted rates; tiny homes might be more expensive per unit or variable. Amenities: WiFi, breakfast, parking, kitchen/kitchenette, laundry, in room amenities etc. Are there conveniences so guests don’t have to travel far for essentials. Safety: Accessibility & reviews - The neighborhood, safety, reviews from past guests. How accessible is the lodging (stairs, elevators, etc.) for all guests. Flexibility: (check in/out, cancellation, etc.) - What happens if travel plans shift, or some guests arrive earlier or later. Hotels generally have more flexibility. Atmosphere: Experience - Sometimes guests prefer an experience (tiny homes can be more unique, cozy, “fun” vibe), versus the predictability of a hotel.
February is typically the coldest month in Texas. The weather can vary drastically. But the historic averages are 60-70 degrees sunny to partly cloudy with 70% humidity, wind chills can occur. Layers are advisable in later hours.
We recommend flying into Houston International Airport (IAH), it is about a 30-minute drive to Conroe.
