Kathleen and I originally met in a Spanish class at Illinois Wesleyan and then were randomly assigned as summer roommates and have been best friends ever since. While we have been on opposite sides of the country for the past several years, we still talk everyday. I'm so happy to have her as my Maid of Honor!

Lazeric is my older brother. Growing up we had our back and forths like any set of brothers. Getting older I always looked towards my brother as a shining example of the man that I would like to be. With this in mind, I couldn’t imagine anyone else to stand with me in support on this day than him.

Abby is my little sister. We grew up sharing a room and fighting, as sisters do. My favorite big sister memory is looking all over the house for Abby when she was maybe 3 years old only to find her hiding behind the freezer eating cookie dough ice cream with her little fingers.

Mike and I met when we were both looking for roommates as transfer students at Eastern Illinois University. After finally meeting in person they quickly grew into close friends then into brothers after joining the same fraternity. Although we don’t often get to see each other, it feels like nothing has changed.

I met Stephanie during our first year at Illinois Wesleyan when we lived two doors down from one another in Dolan Hall. We were heading to dinner with our floor and while waiting in line, we bonded over both playing the Oboe and loving all things purple.

I met Allen as we were both pledging the same fraternity at EIU. Since then, even through all of the wild adventures and fun filled days Potter has become someone that I greatly respect. From his strong character to his dedication to his friends, family, and personal interests Potter is someone I will always consider to be a close friend.

Alex and I met while attending Seattle University for our Masters Degrees. Our program was all online for the first year, and somehow we formed a strong friendship via Zoom chat during classes. She was my first friend in Seattle.

I met Ben while pledging the same fraternity and he quickly grew into one of my closest friends. I couldn't imagine where I would be without his friends. Been has the best taste in video games, music and movies.
