It all started with a swipe… In 2022, Everest had just wrapped up her Master’s degree in Miami and landed in Los Angeles to study for the MCAT and apply to med school. Sal was teaching math, studying for his own exams, and applying to teaching credential programs across SoCal. Somewhere between prayers, lesson plans, and late-night study sessions… we both swiped right on a Christian dating app. And the rest? Well — it’s been laughter, growth, and a whole lot of love ever since. Fast forward to today: Everest is in med school, chasing her dream of becoming an urgent care physician or hospitalist. Sal is now teaching History, coaching water polo, and applying to finish his last few classes towards his Master’s in Education. Together, we're building a future grounded in faith, purpose, and partnership. We said "yes" to love — and now we're getting ready to say "I do." We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with you!
