How do I make reservations for the hotel?
Answer
You can book with the Hotel directly or through a preferred third-party service, such as Expedia. To book directly with the hotel, please see below. Date: November 12th to 15th,2026 Code: 91015 Amount of minimum night required: 3 nights **These prices are valid only for 3 nights minimum.** 1- You must enter our official page: www.bahia-principe.com and select the DESTINATION. Find the hotel, in this case Bahia Principe Grand Tulum with the dates that you wish to go and the number of adults and children. Click on Book Now. 2- You should choose the category of the room, among the categories that have been quoted for the group. When you book, you have to log in into your my bahia account (for additional discount) and choose the 100% Flexible Rate only so that you can apply the group discount in the box on the next page. 3- Next, you will have the option that asks for a discount voucher: there you must place the code . When validating the code: 91015 the system will adjust the total, giving you the discount of the agreed rate for your group. You will have 2 options for payment: pay 100% of the reservation, or make a deposit of 20%. Please complete the data with the credit or debit card and submit the transaction. 4- The system will immediately generate a confirmation number and will send you an email with a copy of it. All reservations are prepaid and have to be made and pay directly to the USA Groups department before the arrival at the Hotel. If at the time of booking guests have any problems, please contact the Groups department directly at groups1@bahia-principe.com indicating in the subject line of the message the group code # 91015 and it will be handled as soon as possible. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 08:30 am to 6:00 pm EST. Deposit Due Date: JANUARY 15TH,2026 All reservations must be paid in full by OCTOBER 12TH,2026
