Arrival to Rome

We are flying out of LAX on August 5th and will arrive in Italy on August 6th. Despite Florence having its own airport, we've found it cost-effective to fly into Rome and take a train ride to our destination.

This event is business casual. We recommend dressing comfortably, yet ready for professional photography.
This is an open market with a gourmet cafeteria including over 20 food stalls. Seating will be reserved, and dining accommodations will be at your discretion.

Wedding Ceremony and Champagne Toast
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
This event is formal, set on a river cruise boat. Comfortable flowy dresses and relaxed-fit slacks with button-ups recommended.
We're anticipating the actual ceremony to be between 30-45 minutes, so we'll have a champagne toast and a violinist play for the remainder of our time. In lieu of cutting a cake at the reception, we will have cannolis on the boat.
Dinner Reception
7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

This event is formal, be prepared for a lot of photos!
For the first hour of the reception, we will have aperitivo and dancing/social hour. Dinner will start at 8:00. Speeches will take place during dinner service.
