We met at church and bonded over our similar life struggles. We started having our kids do play dates together and we hung out and got to know each other and became friends. I asked him to go rock climbing as friends but I was testing the waters to see if he was interested. After rock climbing, he nervously asked me to dinner. We continued hanging out regularly and started dating officially on New Years 2020 after we shared our first kiss. We have been dating since and planning our future. On Valentine’s Day 2021, Jared took me to an appointment at BridalRings in LA that he had setup and insisted I go with him. He had secretly talked with the jeweler to find out which ring I liked the most. I basically picked out my own ring and after that I harassed him to ask me to marry him, every chance I could😅 Luckily, in April 2021, he popped the question at Olive Garden after having our kids tease me with various fake rings first. It was perfect. We are so excited to start our new life together and officially blend our families.
