FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly respond by May 12th at the latest. It is essential for us to provide an accurate headcount to the caterer to guarantee sufficient food availability. Should you fail to RSVP by the deadline, it will be assumed you will not be in attendance.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would love to see everybody there early, arriving no later than 9:40am. Coffee will be made available to those who need an energy boost!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Considering the intimate nature of our guest list, we are hoping to get photos with each one of our friends and family members on our special day. Though there is no “official” dress code, we are going for a “Garden Party Formal” look. Keep in mind we will be celebrating outside in June and although our venue will be well shaded a full tux might get stuffy. Here is a super helpful article on garden party formal dress etiquette: https://greenweddingshoes.com/garden-party-attire-dress-code/

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate size of our wedding, we are asking to please refrain from bringing a date unless directly named on your invitation.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are doing our due diligence to ensure all food allergies are accommodated for. If you did not include your food allergy information on your RSVP, please contact us to ensure everybody is adequately accommodated.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Denver Botanic Gardens has a limited free parking lot between York and Josephine. You can find more information on parking and the gardens under the "Denver Botanic Gardens" tab on our website, or by googling the Denver Botanic Gardens.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the intimate size of our wedding, please refrain from bringing any children not directly named on your invitation, unless they are under the age of two. The Denver Botanic Gardens offers free admission to those under two years of age for your convenience.
