How can I confirm my presence?

Until when can I confirm my presence?

Answer

In order to plan our celebration, we need your definitive confirmation before March 31st as our agreement with our wedding suppliers depends on the number of guests.

Can the fiancés provide accomodation?

Answer

As we live in Paris and this wedding is in Lille, we do not have a place to host you. We kindly ask you to prepare your stay on your own. However, we are happy to help you finding the best place to stay. You can already take a look at some options under "Accommodation" section in this website.

What is the Mairie?

Answer

It is the City Hall where we will sign our wedding contract. It is the equivalent of "Municipalidad" in Peru.

How to get to the Mairie of Beaucamps-ligny?

Answer

For our international friends, we will provide cars to pick you up from Saint-Philibert metro station (Lille) at 14:30 to bring you to the Mairie of Beaucamps-ligny. You can reach this place from any part of Lille by taking the Line M2 of metro. If you prefer, you can also take a taxi to arrive at the Mairie.

Is the reception happening directly after the Mairie?

No, the reception will start at 19:00 in a different place.

How to get to the reception at Lesquin?

Answer

From Lille city, the best is to take a taxi that costs around 20-25 euros for a 20 minutes-trip. For our international friends, you can wait at Bastien parents' home until the reception time. We will bring you to the reception along with us. No activity is planned during this time frame.

Until what time will the reception/party last?

The reception will end at 5am of June 16th maximum.

How to go back after the reception/party?

Answer

Since we will offer alcohol drinks (for those who like it), we highly recommend you to book/take a taxi. A taxi from Lesquin to Lille costs around 20-25 euros.

Can I stay in a city other than Lille?

Answer

We highly recommend you to stay in Lille city to facilitate your transport to Mairie and reception/party. We will only provide transport for our international friends from Saint-Philibert metro station to Marie and from Bastien parents' home to the reception/party. Unfortunately, no other transport is offered for our international friends.

The program is a surprise but you can expect food and drinks.

We let you decide the best chic outfit for this day. We will let you in no matter what! Remember to check the weather the week before the event.

Will the reception include a smoking area?

Yes, there is a place for you to smoke. Smoking inside the room or in the terrace is forbidden.

Where can I park?

Answer

The Mairie is located in the center of Beaucamps-Ligny with several spots to park. On the other hand, the reception includes a private parking. Conclusion, no worries at all!

I want to make you a wedding gift, how to?

Answer

Your presence is our most valuable gift. However, if you would like to give an additional present, we will have a box in the reception for leaving any gifts.

When should I arrive in Lille?

Answer

We highly recommend you to arrive in Lille on Friday 14th in order to be completely ready for the next day celebration.

Why is there a pause between the Mairie and the reception/party?

Answer

We are using this time to take our Wedding photos. You can take this time to rest and recharge energy for our reception/party. No activity is planned during this time.
