The year was 2010, Tony and Evelyn worked across the street from each other at respective restaurants. On occasion, Tony would cross the street to have a quick lunch on his work break. One day he notices a cute cashier girl named Evelyn; She catches his eye and after a brief interaction with her, Tony becomes absolutely smitten. He found himself eating KFC on every single break he had. Luckily, the infatuation was mutual, Evelyn nicknamed Tony her “Starbucks Cutie” and the flirtation between the two became evident. After a while, their curiosity for each other piqued and they finally decided to exchange numbers. All it took was one long late-night conversation that trickled into the morning hours for the two to become inseparable. Their relationship flourished and stood the test of time for 9 years before Tony got down on one knee and proposed!
After a long romantic trip to San Francisco, Tony enlisted a few close friends to help give Evelyn a surprise of a lifetime. He arranged for their good friend to pick them up from the airport and take them home. Little did she know that a party of their closest friends and family, and even their beloved dog waited for their arrival. Tony knew it would mean the world for Evelyn to have her closest loved ones witness him asking for her hand in marriage. Upon arrival from the airport, Evelyn walked through the gates of their home with her luggage in-hand when she noticed a trail of rose petals and tea candles down the walkway. Her confusion was met with Loki, their darling Husky, running towards her with a sign around his neck. “Mommy, will you Marry daddy?” it read, and before she had a chance to turn around, Tony was there, on bended knee.
