Brodie and Evelina will be staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in St. Jacobs. In the same parking lot there is also the Hampton Inn by Hilton. For the wedding rate at both hotels, when booking, please click "Special Rates" and under "Corporate Account" put in the following code: 0560051264. Then press "Check Rooms and Rates".
Both hotels are about a 10 minute drive away from the venue and include complimentary breakfast. After the wedding, we will be providing shuttles that will be taking guests from the venue to the hotels.
Check-in begins at 3pm, and the ceremony starts at 4pm, so please be ready to quickly drop off your belongings and head straight to the ceremony.
Cars are allowed to be kept overnight at the venue, which means you may choose to drive or carpool from the hotel and then take the shuttle back after the reception; however, please make sure to retrieve your car by 12pm the following day.
