FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

February 2, 2025

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

To help the wedding party stand out, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing black and opt for other colors instead. A little bit of black is okay, just please don't wear a black dress or all black for the guys. A black suit is fine as long it's with a different colored shirt.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

2:30pm

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Absolutely! There is plenty of parking.

Question

Are linens, towels, shampoo, etc. provided at Sunset Lake?

Answer

Unfortunately linens, pillows, towels, shampoo, etc. are not provided. So please bring your own or let us know if you need us to accommodate these things for you.

Question

Is there airport transportation?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP, please let us know you'll need transportation to and/or from the airport. Send your flight's itinerary by Feb 9 to either Sam or Evelin. We'll make sure there's someone to pick you up and/or take you to the airport.

Question

Is there transportation to and from Sunset Lake to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus leaving Sunset Lake at 1pm to arrive at the venue at around 2pm. It will be heading back to Sunset Lake from the venue at 10pm. Please let us know if you'd like to take the shuttle to and/or from the venue when you RSVP. You are not required to take the shuttle bus. If you'd prefer to rent or bring your own vehicle, you're welcome to do that.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Feb 28 - March 3 we have Sunset Lake camp reserved for all our guests, especially those traveling from out of town. The cost for the lodging and meals are covered. Everyone is welcome to come hangout and eat for the day (March 1) even if you or your party isn't staying overnight. Please let us know if you're staying overnight or just during the day when you RSVP so we can make sure we have enough food for everyone. It is a camp so we will be staying in cabins. They're pretty nice, but they don't have linens, pillows, towels, shampoo, etc. So please bring your own or let us know if you need us to accommodate these things for you.

For all the days along the way
