When should I RSVP by?

We can’t wait to celebrate this special moment in our lives, and it means so much to us knowing it will be with you. Whether you can make it or not, please let us know by February 9th—it helps us plan and feel the love either way!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 7:00 PM, and to keep the moment as meaningful and uninterrupted as possible, doors will close at 6:55 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive a little early to settle in—we truly want you to be part of every moment.

Where will the ceremony/reception be held?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at The Oaks. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outside, followed by an indoor reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While phones are welcome, please remain respectful and discreet during the ceremony. We ask that you avoid blocking our photographer and videographer as they capture the big moments for us.

Are kids and additional guests welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones and loved ones, but due to limited seating at our venue, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding and helping us celebrate!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, and we encourage you to enjoy it! Just please remember to drink responsibly so we can all have a fun and memorable time together!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered through Zola and Amazon, and you can find both under the “Registry” tab on our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has two ballrooms. Please park in the lot on the right side, near the Live Oak Ballroom—there is plenty of parking available.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear semi-formal attire. If you’d like inspiration, spring colors and patterns are welcomed!

Are there hotel blocks or recommendations.

Answer

We have a hotel block through the Hampton Inn, in Ponchatoula, from Wednesday April 8th - Sunday April 12th at $135/night/room. Please use Group Code 90F to book with our event, we have limited rooms available so this is first come first serve. We also recommend the Marriott in Ponchatoula.
