Question

When/how should I RSVP?

Answer

We encourage you to RSVP by March 30th! This will ensure that we have plenty of time to plan for our big day! You can RSVP on this website, under the RSVP tab.

Should I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones and know you do too, we are adamant that our wedding will be an adult- only occasion. We appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, so we encourage you to get there before then. 4:45 would be perfect to ensure enough time to park and find your seat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors at the Chadron State Park. There will be signs to direct you to our site once you enter the park, or the office can direct you! The ceremony is on grass, so be mindful when choosing your footwear.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure that we have an intimate wedding reception, we are only inviting those closest to us. When you RSVP on our website, you will have the option to RSVP for only the people invited.

Will I need a park sticker?

Answer

In order to have access to the Chadron State Park, you will need a Nebraska park pass. If you do not get one prior to the wedding, the office sells day passes for $7. As our venue does have limited parking, and we realize the passes are not cheap, we highly encourage you to carpool.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We are encouraging our guests to join us in an unplugged ceremony. In other words, please have your phone turned off/ silenced during the ceremony.

Answer

We hope you like pancakes, because we are serving breakfast for dinner! Additionally, there will be a cash bar available at dinner, so please bring a form of payment if you would like drinks from the bar.
