Question

Where do I park for the reception?Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

Our venue has free parking available to all guests. Please refer to the parking map above. The gravel lot, the east lot, and part of the south lot are available to you. There will be parking attendants at these lots ensuring that only our wedding guests utilize these parking lots.

Question

What is the dress code? What is the dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, formal attire means dressing up to celebrate with us in style! We kindly ask guests to wear elegant, polished outfits. For women, this could include a floor-length gown, a chic cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. For men, a dark suit and tie is perfect—tuxedos are welcome but not required. Please avoid jeans, casual wear, or anything too laid-back. We can’t wait to see you looking your best!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding?Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding?

Answer

To preserve the sanctity of our wedding Mass, we ask that all phones and electronic devices be placed in silent mode and stored away for the entirety of the ceremony. We have hired incredible photographers to capture our wedding Mass, and we will be sure to share photos with you as soon as we receive them. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like during the cocktail hour and reception. We thank you in advance for being respectful of our wishes and the sacrament!

Question

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure that a seat is saved for you at our reception, we kindly ask that you RSVP by no later than September 12. Our venue and catering services require us to give an exact number of guests by this date.

Question

Can I bring a date?Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP or invitation lists another guest by name or states that you are welcome to bring a guest, then yes! We would love to have them join on this special day! Your RSVP page will specifically list who is invited and whether you have a guest.

Question

Are children welcome?Are children welcome?

Answer

If your child’s name is included on your invitation and RSVP page, they are absolutely welcome to attend. However, if their name is not listed, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for the evening. Due to limited space, we unfortunately cannot accommodate all children. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a night out celebrating with us!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

20 minutes to 35 minutes before (between 1:55pm and 2:10pm). We have a tight window for our ceremony, and all guests who show up 10 minutes or less before the ceremony's start will be asked to stay in the narthex of the church for the procession. Please give yourself ample time to park and make your way into the church.
