UPDATE as of 4/7 : Hancock House has 16 rooms remaining but the room block we have will be lifted on 4/15 and then those rooms will be open to public for booking. Book asap of you still need to secure a room.
Smiths Colonial is a simple, rustic roadside motel with very clean rooms and friendly staff. Only 1 room left as of 3/1.
A shuttle service will run between both hotels and the venue. While Airbnb rentals are available, the shuttle only serves the hotels. The venue is in the mountains—roads are dark, cell service is poor, and Ubers are unavailable. Please plan accordingly.
The shuttle arrives at 2:45 PM and departs for the venue at 3 PM.
Check-in times vary. Hotels will do their absolute best to accommodate early check-ins but cannot guarantee it. If you are checking in on Saturday, please contact your hotel in advance to confirm early access.
