We are inviting a few family kiddos, but otherwise we're planning a party meant for grown ups. Please only bring guests who are specifically named on the invitation.

Is there parking?

There is parking for 50 cars on-site. If you plan to drive, please let us know so we can ensure everyone is accommodated. You can also take the wedding shuttle from the hotel, carpool, or Uber. Please keep us updated on your transportation plans!

Please arrive up to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

What happens during the Korean ceremony?

Answer

Paebaek is a traditional Korean wedding ceremony where the newlyweds pay respects to the groom's family by serving tea and engaging in a series of bows, followed by blessings for the future, the throwing of dates and chestnuts, and the groom carrying the bride around the room to symbolize strength and shared happiness.

Is the event pet-friendly?

Answer

We love your furry friends, but there are no pets allowed at the rehearsal or wedding. The DoubleTree is pet-friendly; please call the hotel to discuss their policy.

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

If the weather is nice, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. If not, we’ll be inside the barn. The reception is inside the barn.
