What is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP through the RSVP tab by August 16th.
Question
When does the shuttle arrive at the hotel and depart from the venue?
Answer
Two school buses will arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:20 p.m. and will depart promptly at 3:30 p.m. There will be only one trip to the venue, so please be on time if you plan to use the transportation. For the return trip, the buses will arrive at the venue at 10:00 p.m. to bring guests back to the Hilton Garden Inn. Once again, only one trip will be made.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
While we absolutely love all of our friends' and families' kids, this will be an adults-only celebration. The event will be for guests 21 and over. If you choose to travel with your kids, the hotel is just 20 minutes away, so you can easily check in on babysitters if needed. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Please refer to your invitation to see if a plus-one has been extended. If your invite includes one, we’d be happy to have your guest join us! If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans or casual clothes. We look forward to seeing you in your stylish best!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue if you wish to drive yourself. If necessary, you can leave your car overnight at the venue. Just be sure to pick up your car by 9 AM the next morning, or it will be towed.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors under a covered patio, rain or shine. The reception will be indoors, with the option to enjoy the patio and fire pit, weather permitting.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
ABSOLUTELY! We will offer an open bar with beer, wine, spirits, and seltzers. Don't forget to tip your bartenders :) Please note, however, that no outside alcohol can be brought into or taken out of the venue.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Yes! The reception will end between 9:30-10:00pm. After the reception, there will be an after party at the Hilton Garden Inn (1061 York Rd Gettysburg, PA 17325). There will be late night snacks and a cash bar. Please note that the hotel bar only accepts cash for drinks. Be sure to bring cash if you plan to enjoy a beverage, as credit cards and room charges will not be accepted.
