FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline is March 22nd, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide our venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Todd Creek Golf Club no later than 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp!

Question

What is “Black Tie/Formal” attire?

Answer

We are asking our guests to wear formal suits/dresses! Although black tie is defined as wearing a formal tuxedo, we will not require anything more formal than a suit. Ladies, this can be an excuse to wear a floor length dress! Use this day to be as fancy as you want!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at our wedding celebrations. We would like our special day to be an adults-only occasion!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are asking for cash donations only as we have everything we need! If you click on the "registry" tab, you can access all links!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a plus one if it was specified on your invitation!

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will be providing beer and wine all night! If you would like any liquor, that is available for purchase. If you feel so inclined, please bring some cash to tip our wonderful bartenders that will be taking care of us all night!

Question

Will the Ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outside. The Reception afterwards will be held inside. You never know what Colorado weather will bring us so be prepared to bring a jacket!

Question

Is there overnight parking?

Answer

Yes! You may park and leave your car overnight. If you are ubering afterwards, there will be a gate code that will be needed to get into the community. We will provide that gate code as the date approaches!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer taking photos for us during the ceremony. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like!
