If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the dress code?

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Can I film your ceremony for my Instagram followers?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We really want to see your faces, not your devices. Please put away your phones and cameras until after the ceremony. Plus, we have an AWESOME photographer who loves to share!

What are the current COVID guidelines in NY State for Weddings?

Answer

- While guidelines have loosened up significantly for NY State, we still recommend either being fully vaccinated, or having a recent negative COVID-19 test to attend this wedding. - According to NY State guidelines, masks are now optional for vaccinated individuals. We still encourage you to bring a mask and use your best judgement. - Hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be available during the event. - Tables will also be appropriately social distanced.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please book at DoubleTree by Hilton no later than May 8th and use code EFW to receive a special celebration rate. If you have booked a room at the DoubleTree via points or any other method not through our block, please note we don't have you accounted for for the shuttle or extra hotel surprises. However, do not fret, we have allocated room knowing that people may prefer to book this way, so please just do us the favor and let us know you will be joining us so we make sure we include you in all of the festivities.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided. Please note it will leave the DoubleTree Hotel for guests there at 5:30pm sharp. It will leave The View on the Hudson at Midnight for returning guests.

Your invitation says 6:00 but I'm a rebel. When do I have to be there?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 and any stragglers will kindly be asked to enjoy the open bar until joining the party after.

I'm afraid of commitment. When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

May 7th!

Chicken? Fish? Beef? Vegetarian? Gluten Free? Fruitarian?

Answer

You will order your dinner from your table. Each table will have a designated waiter who will be able to assist with any dietary needs.

I'm a party animal and the reception just isn't enough! What else is going on?
