What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will have beverage service prior to the ceremony, so we suggest arriving around 10:30 a.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code. Wear what you'd like, but we've included suggestions below. The event will be outside in both locations and the reception is a three-block walk from the ceremony. Attire: brunch/cocktail (men: slacks and button-downs, jackets, etc., women: cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, etc.)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Kimpton Hotel Arras has provided a wedding rate, but any hotel near downtown would be nearby.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are within walking distance of each other (3 blocks). There is parking at the ceremony location located directly behind the building which can be accessed from Coxe Avenue. If you wish to drive please let us know and it will be comped.
