When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To give us enough time to plan the special day, please send your RSVP response via this website before the 7th of November, 2025.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our marriage ceremony is being held at St Mary's Church, Whitewell, Whitchurch, SY13 3AN. The wedding reception is being held at Iscoyd Park, Redbrook Maelor, Whitchurch SY13 3AT.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our special day. The dress code is formal spring attire, with a regency flair. Think elegant gowns, suits and ties and anything that gives a 'nod to the ton'. One request, no white please, as this shade is reserved for the bride only.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the only exception being our nephew, who has a special role in the day. We hope you can enjoy a well-deserved night off.

Is there car parking available?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of parking available for everyone, both at the St. Mary's Church and at Iscoyd Park. At the church, please park on the grass and kindly leave the tarmac at the front of the church free for wedding cars. The venue is around a 5-minute drive from the church.

I have a food allergy and/or a dietary requirement, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please select 'Meat' or 'Vegetarian' upon RSVPing. If you have any other dietary requirements, please contact Julia or James directly.

Are there rooms available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue does have rooms available but accommodations on-site are reserved for a small group of guests we have arranged directly with. If you haven't received details through our separate accommodation app, not to worry - there are plenty of lovely places to stay nearby. Please see the accommodation list below.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no official transport to and from hotels to the ceremony. We will kindly ask you to make your own way to and from, using your personal car or a list of taxi services below.
