When the couple first met, they hit it off immediately! They quickly bonded over their shared love over Premier League Football which they both got into during lockdown. Even though they support rival teams (Abhishek : Manchester City, Evann: Manchester United) they enjoyed watching matches and arguing over who was the better team (obviously Man U!) They both had studied at ASU and lived in Tempe and continued to bond over their shared values. Everything was going phenomenally until Abhishek asked the question: "Do you have any roommates?" Evann: "Nope, just my cat and dog." Abhishek: "I'm not really a cat person and I'm afraid of dogs." Evann: "Ohh" Abhishek: *Awkward Silence* Evann: *Swipes Left* Since Evann's cat (Mochi) and dog (Rari) were like her children, having someone who also could enjoy spending time around them and could think of them as their own was paramount. But don't worry, this story has a happy ending! Fast forward about 2 months to New Year's Day. The two soon to be lovers had been in constant turmoil wondering where it all went wrong! That's when Evann decided to make a move and wish Abhishek "Happy New Year!", little did she know how good of a year it was about to become! Abhishek finally responded...with a video of him with a big Golden Retriever! It was at that moment that Evann knew this man had potential! The rest is history! Their two hearts started to beat as one and they fell in love. Through thick and thin they have stuck by each other's sides along with their fur-babies, whom Abhishek affectionately refers to as his own, as they navigate this thing called "Life" together.
