When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by October 4th if you plan on attending! Use the RSVP link on our website to confirm your attendance.

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire for the occasion is cocktail/formal. (ex: cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, jumpsuits for ladies; suit and tie, sports jacket for the gentlemen) We want you to look your best, as well as feel your best!

How will gifting work?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you do wish to bless us with a gift, we kindly appreciate a contribution towards our wishing well.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation to and from our venue. However, The Middleburg Barn is easily accessible by car, and there is plenty of parking on site! If needed, we recommend scheduling an Uber/Lyft in advance, as our event will end at 11:00pm. If you plan to drink, PLEASE be sure to have a designated driver!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm - please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes beforehand!

Will there be food?

Answer

OF COURSE - it's Chris & Casey you're talking about! Come hungry as we serve hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, a delicious plated dinner, wedding cake, and more! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions as you RSVP.

Speaking of food...what are the meal options for dinner?

Answer

Guests have 3 meal options to choose from, please indicate which meal you would like as you RSVP! Chicken: Tuscan Grilled Chicken Breast with sautéed spinach, oven roasted tomato, roasted artichoke, capers and parmesan cream Beef: Chimichurri Bistro Tender with a herb crust & house- made chimichurri sauce Vegetarian: Roasted Vegetable Napoleon - zucchini, pepper, eggplant, summer squash, portobello mushroom, purple onion, roasted red pepper with coulis & roasted fingerling potatoes All main dishes will be served with a side of an asparagus, carrot & pepper medley and rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes. For all kids (12 and under), we have a meal option of chicken nuggets with macaroni and cheese.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we are unable to allow plus ones due to venue restrictions. Guests are limited to those whom each invitation was addressed. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I take photos & videos of the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask for guests to not use their cellphones or other electronic devices for photos. However at cocktail hour & our reception...absolutely! Please use our hashtag #LaiWillAlwaysLoveYou & share your photos with us on social media!

What are the COVID-19 guidelines?

Answer

We strongly recommend that all of our guests be fully vaccinated (even better if you're boosted!) upon attending our wedding, for everyone's health and safety. If for some reason you are unable due to personal reasons, please come talk to us before you RSVP. Should any updates come about, we will be sure to promptly inform everyone.
