If hotels aren’t your thing, New Smyrna Beach also offers plenty of VRBOs and Airbnbs to explore. For a cozy beach vibe, we suggest staying near Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach to soak in that relaxed coastal feel. Looking for a little extra adventure? Extend your trip and visit Disney! Consider accommodations between Orlando and NSB for easy access to both the magic of Disney and the charm of New Smyrna Beach.
Flight
Daytona Beach, FL (DAB) – This is the closest airport to New Smyrna Beach, about a 30-minute drive. It's a smaller airport that flies American Airlines, Delta, and Avelo Air. Sanford, FL (SFB) – This is a smaller airport that only flies Allegiant, Flair Airlines, and Sun Country Airlines. It's about 45 minutes away from New Smyrna and is a great economical option! Orlando, FL (MCO) – This is the main airport in Orlando and offers the most flight options! However, it's the furthest away from NSB (a little over an hour). There are shuttle options, but you may want to get a rental car.
