Can I bring someone who isn’t listed on the invitation?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone, our venue has a strict guest limit. We are only able to accommodate those guests who are listed on the invitation.

What does black-tie optional mean?

Answer

If you love the idea of going all out, men can wear a tuxedo and women can wear a formal evening gown. But if you’d prefer a slightly less formal look, a dark suit and tie and elegant midi/ankle length dresses are also perfectly appropriate. The goal is to reflect the timeless beauty and charm of the Inn.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

The Williamsburg Lodge and the Griffin are located on either side of the Williamsburg Inn and are just a short walk from the weekend's events. Because of this, transportation will not be provided. However, for those who wish to book accommodations elsewhere, the area has no shortage of Ubers.

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

All events will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with only the ceremony taking place on grass.
