WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? Please RSVP as soon as possible to make our lives easier. The final date to RSVP with food choices selected is July 1st. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? We're so excited to celebrate with each of you! To keep our celebration intimate and special, we have carefully planned for specific guests. When you type your name in to RSVP online, the individuals invited from your household with pop up. ARE MY CHILDREN INVITED? If they are invited, their name(s) will be included on the online RSVP. Children less than 2 years of age are welcome even if their name does not pop up on your online RSVP. Please let us know if you are bringing any children less than 2 years old. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PLANS CHANGE? Please contact Evan or Zora as soon as your plans change.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT ENTREE OPTIONS? Petite Filet | Seared with Peppercorn Cream Sauce, Rosemary and Garlic Chicken Florentine | Fresh Spinach, Goat Cheese, Oven Cured Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, and Bread Crumbs Roasted Mediterranean | Vegetable Stack, Peppers, Squash, Zucchini, and Eggplant Pomodoro Sauce IS THERE A GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, OR VEGETARIAN OPTION? Yes! The Roasted Mediterranean is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian. WHAT SIDES ARE PROVIDED WITH THE MEAL? There will be a farmer's greens salad, chef's seasonal vegetables, and whipped potatoes provided with the meal. WHAT IS THE KIDS MEAL? Children under the age of 12 will be given chicken tenders and fries.
WHAT IS THE ADDRESS OF THE CEREMONY, RECEPTION, and AFTER-PARTY? The ceremony and reception will be held at the Waterfront at Silver Birches: 205 PA-507, Hawley, PA 18428 The afterparty will be upstairs in the same location. IS THE CEREMONY INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on grass. WHERE SHOULD I PARK? There is a parking lot located across the street from venue. IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? Yes! Please let us know if you need any accommodations, so we can plan accordingly with our venue coordinator.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY? Please do not go on your phone or take pictures during the ceremony! Our photographer will be taking pictures throughout. WHEN CAN I SEE WEDDING PHOTOS? Photos taken by the photographer and digital cameras will be posted on this website in the "Gallery" between 2 - 6 weeks after the wedding.
