FAQs

The Wedding Website of Evan Costanzo and Zachary Andersen
We know planning a vacation can be stressful, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you! If you have any other questions that are not listed here, feel free to contact myself or Zach at 781-315-2709 or 978-866-2958.
Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We would love all of our guests to stay at Hotel Es Moli in Deia. We have a block available for our entire guest list, but if for some reason you cannot stay here, we listed two great options close by.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from the welcome dinner and the wedding will pick guests up from the Hotel Es Moli bus stop. The time that guests need to be at the shuttle pickup location is listed in the transportation tab (5:30PM for the Welcome Party and 5PM for the Wedding). The shuttle from the Welcome Party back to Hotel Es Moli will be departing at 10PM. The return shuttles after the Wedding will have two departure times, one after dinner and the other after dancing (11PM and 1AM respectively).

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding means so much to us, so if you are attending, we consider that your gift. However, if you cannot attend for whatever reason, we completely understand! If you feel like you would like to give us a token as we enter into this next chapter, we're registered on Zola and Amazon. Our featured gift is our Home Downpayment Fund.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would like to keep our celebration intimate, so we are only inviting close family and loved ones. If you are provided a plus one, their name is indicated on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, and they are more than welcome to tag along on the trip; however, children are not invited to the wedding events. Mom and dad deserve a night off!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the welcome dinner is cocktail attire, and the dress code for the wedding day is black tie optional.

Question

When should I arrive in Palma?

Answer

Zach and I will be arriving at Es Moli on Sunday, June 7th. We recommend that you land in Palma by Tuesday, June 9th with the Welcome Party being Wednesday, June 10th. Because this is a redeye flight, it's nice to have a full 24 hours to rest and recover before the festivities begin!

For all the days along the way
