Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:45 but no later than 4:15. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring we have our special moment, uninterrupted.
Dress code is formal/semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length, or midi formal dresses (obviously no white please). Gentleman can wear a suit and tie. For reference, our bridesmaids will be wearing floor length brown dresses and our groomsmen will be in suits.
This is an adult only (21+) celebration. Thank you for your understanding!
We have a complimentary valet service for our event. If you would like to park your own car, there is plenty of paid and street parking along Union Street and East Avenue. City street parking is free after 6PM on weekdays and free on weekends.
The Entrance for guests is at the back side of the building. For your convenience, please map your directions to 21 Lawrence Street, Rochester, NY 14607.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation.
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer is able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour. We will share all of our professional content with our guests once we have it!
Yes! Beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! Open Bar schedule will be posted here once decided.
Yes- There is an accessibility ramp next to the staircase at the main entrance. All spaces in the venue for guests are accessible.
