We've reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Residence Inn closest to our venue. Just follow the link below to book your stay. You'll be able to adjust the dates within the booking link to fit your travel plans. Please note: the hotel has limited availability of Queen bedrooms. If you need a pull-out couch to accommodate more guests, we recommend booking a King Suite, which includes a Queen-size pull-out sofa in addition to the King bed. Last day to book your hotel under the block is November 13th!

We highly encourage guests to take the bus to the venue, as parking at the venue is limited—and this way, everyone can simply relax and enjoy the evening! To make your travels easy and stress-free, two buses will depart from the hotel at 2:45 PM to bring everyone to the venue. At the end of the night, one bus will return to the hotel at 9:30 PM and another at 10:30 PM, so you can head back whenever you’re ready.
