It was way too cold, 10 degrees to be specific! I hate being cold so I was complaing the minute I stepped out of the car. Since he was so adamant about doing something with me THAT day, I kind of saw it coming. He was so sweet and patient with me though. And once he got on his knee and showed me the ring, he didn’t actually pop the question. He said “you might want to take your glove off” and got down. We stared at each other for a while until he got up and started to put it on me. Now BOOM. We’re planning a wedding.
I thought I had planned it pretty good to where she would be surprised, but apperantly she expected it once that morning came. I had invited her, Braden, and Trystan to meet up at Manomet Point in Plymouth to watch the sunrise. It was 7am and with the wind about 11 degrees out. Anyone who knows Taty knows that she abhors the cold. So when we get out of the car she is complaining and getting all grumpy because it was "too cold" and it was "stupid to be outside." I asked her if we could just take a couple pictures in front of the sunrise. We go over, take a couple photos, and then I tell her she may want to take her glove off. I pull the ring out, drop on my knee and...nothing comes out. I froze and never so even really "popped the question." So after a couple seconds of awkward staring I stood up, put the ring on her finger, and ta-da we are engaged!
