Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at separate locations. It should take you about 10-15 minutes to get from Windsong Church to The Baker House. We still plan for about 30 minutes for you to travel so don't feel rushed!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

At least one month before the day of the wedding. Any earlier is always encouraged!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have registries set up through Target, Amazon, and Zola! Our Zola registry is specifically for anyone wanting to contribute towards our expected payments.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is business casual. We would prefer you to wear warm, fall colors. Think, green, pink, orange, brown, and yellow. Something to think about is that the reception will be held outside as the weather permits. So dress accordingly with warm weather.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! Our ceremony venue has areas for nursing, diaper changes, and a game room that can be used before and after the ceremony. Let us know how we can make any accommodations (such as high chairs for the reception dinner).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our special day intimate, we have limits on who will have plus ones.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any allergies that we need to be aware of. We want you to not feel limited on options.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking lot for our ceremony has enough parking around the building for at least a couple hundred individuals. So YES! With our reception being in the downtown area, there are parking garages, lots, and spots everywhere. If walking far is difficult, there is handicapped parking in front of our ceremony venue and we will make sure you receive valet for the reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

So far we are not aware of any major events happening. Traffic should be fairly normal.
