Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for both the ceremony and reception. It is encouraged to carpool to the ceremony as there is limited parking available. People will be available to direct you where to park.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place at 78 Lamarche Rd. Please plan to arrive at least a half an hour prior to allow for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm. However, if the weather is not favourable, the ceremony will take place at Spruceholme Inn at 4:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please consider a warm blanket, coat and understand that you will be walking on grass and gravel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there should be an option in the RSVP to indicate food allergies. If not, please email Sarah at Sarah.mulvihill816@gmail.com for any food allergies or sensitivities.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

We have secured a bus to transport guests from the reception to Pembroke (Irving Big Stop) at approximately 12:15.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Spruceholme will be able to accommodate all out-of-town guests, immediate family, and our wedding party. Once you RSVP, we will contact you to secure your rooms for the weekend. Please do not contact Spruceholme to secure your room. The rooms range from 120-200 dollars depending on the room type and bed. If you prefer to stay in Pembroke, we can provide some alternative options for you to book personally.

Your presence is our gift! If you do wish to provide a monetary gift, we are saving money to purchase a car.
