Two hearts, one love.

We met online in 2022, and from our very first conversation, something just clicked. It felt easy, natural — like we had known each other for years. What started as an instant friendship quickly turned into wanting to spend every moment together. Our first date at Applebee’s lasted for hours, filled with nonstop laughter and conversations neither of us wanted to end. Just a few weeks later, after meeting each other’s families, Evan asked Samantha to be his girlfriend in a Denny’s parking lot on November 20, 2022 — a simple, perfectly imperfect moment that meant everything to both of us. From there, our lives intertwined in the best way. We became part of each other’s families, shared holidays, and showed up for every milestone together. When life unexpectedly shifted, what was meant to be a short stay with Evan’s family turned into more than two years — time that became the foundation of our relationship. It was there our love grew deeper, our bond stronger, and our future quietly began taking shape. By our first anniversary, we both knew we had found something truly special — something lasting. In May 2025, Evan surprised Samantha with a proposal, and every step of our journey suddenly felt like it was leading us right here. Now, we get to marry not only the love of our lives, but our best friend. We are endlessly grateful for God’s timing, trusting that every moment brought us together exactly as it was meant to.
