We are taking the following measures to ensure your safety while attending: - Each guest will be greeted with an optional mask and personal hand sanitizer to keep on them at all times. - Seating during the ceremony will be grouped in singles or pairs and spread out to allow for social distancing. All ceremony seats will be assigned. - The reception tent will be double the normal size. All reception seating will be spaced out per VT guidelines (10 feet) and we will be limiting the number of people at each table to 6. Seats will also be assigned. - All staff and servers will be wearing masks and gloves. - We are also asking people to follow the VT state guidelines when it comes to travel, quarantine, and COVID tests. There will be shuttles to and from The Essex only - they will be limited and they will be assigned so please let us know if you would like to participate.
Yes - you will be directed once you arrive.
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive 20 - 30 minutes prior. Cocktail hour will begin around 4:30. Dinner and dancing to follow. The reception will end around 10:00pm.
Semi Formal - Wear what you are comfortable in - Please no shorts or jeans. The entire wedding will now be in a grassy field so make sure to wear comfortable shoes!
We love your kiddo's! But this is a chance for all the adults to let loose and have fun. If you intend on bringing your children for the weekend, please reach out to Regan & Evan directly about child care on the night of the wedding.
