Our venue is located here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/gp2ZYvbQtkL5iBWE8 Our venue is approximately 10 minutes east of the town of Blue Lake. You will take Maple Creek road through the company town of Korbel, over the bridge that crosses the North Fork Mad River, and then up the hill. Stay to the left where Bald Mountain Road splits off of Maple Creek Road. We encourage people to park at the Loggers Palace parking lot in Korbel( linked in our travel page) and carpool or take the shuttle to the venue, especially if your vehicle has particularly low clearance. Our shuttle will be available to return folks to their cars or as needed throughout the evening.
We do not have a dress code! However, please keep in mind that our venue is outside-expect weather to vary from hot and sunny in the afternoon, to chillier with potential for a breeze and fog later in the evening. Also, we recommend that you wear shoes suitable for walking-the road to the venue is gravel, the interior of the barn is rough concrete, and much of the ground outside is uneven pasture.
Yes! Kids are welcome.
Please RSVP by May 15th so that we have an accurate count for food, seating, etc.
We have a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Blue Lake Casino and Hotel which is the nearest hotel to the venue. Please see the accommodations page for directions for booking. Blue Lake is a cute small town that typically enjoys sunny summer weather and has a a few options for dining including at the casino. There are a variety of lodging options in the area-don't hesitate to reach out to us if you want a more specific recommendation!
