Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier then 4:00pm. You can find the full wedding day itinerary under the schedule tab.
Please see the travel tab for the link to our room-block. Kindly note that our hotel check in begins at 4:00pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We encourage guests to plan accordingly. Early check-in may be available depending on room readiness. Please check in with the hotel for availability. Our room-block is from Friday 8/7/2026 until Sunday 8/9/2026. Additionally, please be aware the room-block will close on 7/8/2026.
Our venue offers ample parking for guests who plan to drive to the venue. However, a shuttle service will also be available between our hotel and the venue. Guests are welcome to park at the hotel and take the shuttle to the event if they prefer. Please note that there will be ONE scheduled pickup from the hotel to the venue and ONE return trip from the venue to the hotel. Two shuttle buses will be available for transportation. Kindly be aware that overnight parking is not permitted at the venue. Please check back in when pick up times will be available. Please plan accordingly, as hotel check-in and bus pick-up may run into each other.
The dress code is formal, but not black-tie. Think cocktail dress or long dresses for women, suits and ties for men rather than tuxedos. Kindly be advised that the ceremony and reception will be held indoors considering the time of year.
Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. Thank you for making arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
We'd love for you to be in the moment with us-please put away phones and camera's until after the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the special moments, and we can't wait to share the photo's with you afterward.
