If you are taking the train with us to Avignon TGV, departing from Paris Gare de Lyon at 12:38pm, we'll be arriving at the station in Paris early to greet you. Feel free to meet us in front of the Eric Kayser shop inside the train hall, next to the stairs leading up to Le Train Bleu. We'll board the train 30 minutes prior to departure time, as luggage capacity can be tight on board. We're scheduled to arrive in Avignon at 3:17pm. ***If you require shuttle service, please read the below*** For those taking shuttles, we'll meet in front of the Relay shop inside the train station. Shuttles will take guests to the Hotels listed on our website (See "Additional Info" below if you require shuttle service but aren't staying at one of these hotels). Please use the shuttle service ONLY if you noted on the form that you require it for this Train>Accommodation journey, or if you're staying at the venue. There will also be space for your luggage aboard the shuttles.
Le Mas de La Rose - 4pm
The morning is all yours to enjoy and explore! ***If you require shuttle service, please read the below*** Shuttles will depart from each hotel promptly at 3:30pm - please be outside and ready to depart before this time. Please use the shuttle ONLY if you noted on the form that you require roundtrip Accommodation>Venue service for the wedding day. Shuttles back to Saint-Rémy will run all evening from 12:30am to 3:30am.
Le Mas de La Rose - 11:30am
Guests are welcome to stick around after the brunch. There's a pool, tennis court, and pétanque all on site! ***If you require shuttle service, please read the below*** Shuttles will depart from each hotel promptly at 11:00am - please be outside and ready to depart before this time. Please use the shuttle ONLY if you noted on the form that you require Accommodation>Venue service for the brunch. There will be limited space for luggage, so we ask that for those returning to Saint-Rémy after the brunch, please leave your luggage with reception at your hotels, if possible. For the return journey to Saint-Rémy from the venue, we'll have shuttles departing at 2:30pm and then again at 4:30pm. Please take ONLY the shuttle service time you requested on the form.

For those who require shuttle service but aren't staying at either Hôtel Van Gogh, Le Vallon de Valrugues, Le Saint-Rémy, or Sous les Figuiers, we will reach out to you directly to let you know your pickup/dropoff location for the weekend. As a reminder, ONLY the above shuttle services will be provided.
