Red Arrow between Edmonton and Calgary

This is the most expensive but you get to reserve your seat and it's changeable and cancellable with notice. They have single seats for 15% extra. You get drinks and snacks on board. It goes from downtown Edmonton - 105th street - or 53rd Avenue and Calgary Trail. Not using a car, you have to either get the LRT downtown or a cab to the south location because the bus connection isn't good. But this is the most elevated option :) It has a senior fare.

Ebus between Edmonton and Calgary

The same company runs Ebus. This is cheaper but you can't reserve your seats. It goes from downtown and 5359 Calgary Trail the same locations as Red Arrow.

Canada Bus between Edmonton and Calgary

Also very affordable. Pickup/drop off is downtown, Southgate LRT stop, Kingsway, Millwoods and the airport. Again you can't reserve specific seats but it’s cheaper than the Red Arrow.

FlixBus between Edmonton and Calgary

This is a European company that runs a lot of services all over Europe and now North America. Very affordable. You can book a single seat and add the seat next to it for a reasonable fee, so you have the seat to yourself. Goes from downtown, Southgate LRT stop or Belvedere.
