Best Man
Ryan is my best friend from college. We played football together at UC and he is the strongest vegan I have ever met. #savetheanimals Ryan calls this picture "what's cookin, good lookin?" Ryan lives out in Colorado now and has since embraced the look of a homeless settler from the early 1900s.

(In a Micky Mouse voice) I have known Kent since my sophomore year of high school, however, back then he was in more of a ball form. Kent has been one of my best friends through the years and even after years of living in different states and almost never seeing each other, it was always so easy to talk and hang out like I had never left. Kent has been an amazing friend over the years and is the only reason I can use the word juxtaposition in a sentence. My favorite fact about Kent is his dad's side of the family is super tall and stocky and his mom's side is short and skinny and from his parents he came out short and stocky.

Booty like Kim K. Ben is the friend who has by far the most medical knowledge but is also somehow the last guy I want to see if I am injured. You know how normally doctors say "now this might hurt a little", well Ben is more likely to just tell you its gonna suck and then make sure he didn't lie. I met Ben my sophomore year of high school and back then I really wish someone would have warned me about his driving. The first time I rode with Ben he ran 7 stop signs. That is not an exaggeration. The second time I rode with Ben (I know, I have no idea why I rode with him a second time either) he hydroplaned going 70 mph and let out a yee haw. But even after the scary driving, Ben has been one of my best friends and my go to man to get sandwich recipes from.

I met Phil probably the earliest. We threw shotput and discus in middle school together. We talked and hung out during track meets together back then but we really didn't become friends until high school. Phil is, by a mile, my loudest friend. You will hear him at some point at the wedding there is no doubt. Phil is also the most likely to have about a half a beer and say he doesn't want the rest for fear of a hangover tomorrow or say he can't drink anymore because he has to help Sarah clean her room in a few days. You can get Phil to stay and hangout longer in almost any occasion if you talk about Detroit and the automotive industry. Ask him about his recipe for rice and beans.

I met Reed my freshman year of college. Reed had the #1 most disgusting room in college. Pretty sure Reed was 90% fueled by energy drinks in college and the other 10% was toppers sticks, mac shack, and natty lite. He lost about 40lbs almost immediately after he was done playing football with approximately 0 effort. It still makes me mad to this day why I couldn't do that. Reed was that guy on campus who knew just about everyone. He was great to have when you went to the bars because he usually somehow know the bouncer and he is generous when tipsy. Reed is that friend that you call when its 4am and your car broke down. Partly because he is always there for you when you need him and partly because there is a very good chance he was still awake playing video games anyway.
