Madison and Evan both grew up in Franklin, Tennessee—just ten minutes apart—but somehow never crossed paths. They shared mutual friends and were invited to the same hangouts, yet fate had other plans. Madison always seemed to have a dance competition, and Evan was off at a soccer tournament. For years, they were living parallel lives without ever meeting. That all changed during their sophomore year at the University of Tennessee. At a party, Evan spotted Madison and decided to make his move. His strategy? Asking for her number under the guise of needing help with Economics 101 homework. Madison didn’t quite catch the hint and started to walk away—until Evan had to bluntly ask for her number. Thankfully, she said yes. From that moment on, they were inseparable. They dated all through college, navigated long-distance when Madison moved to Florida for work while Evan stayed in Nashville, and built a life full of adventures together. Despite being 800 miles apart, they found creative ways to stay connected—often meeting in other countries to spend quality time together. Thanks to Evan’s work opportunities and Madison’s love of seeing all that this world has to offer, their relationship became a passport to unforgettable experiences across the globe. Along the way, they added Indy, their spirited Mini Australian Shepherd, who happily runs the household (and their schedules). After nine incredible years—filled with laughter, challenges, and unforgettable moments—Madison and Evan are ready to begin their next chapter.
