Maid of Honor
When they were little Lauren told Audrey what a Maid of Honor was and she said "Maid?!" Lauren told Audrey that she wanted her to be her maid of honor one day and now the time has come! Years ago, Audrey asked Lauren about her dream proposal and wrote every detail down and made a video capturing everything Lauren could dream of. When Evan told Audrey he was planning to propose, she helped him plan their dream proposal and so much more. She even gave Lauren the dress she wore when she got proposed to. She also asked her to go to the nail salon because she had an "ice skating competition" coming up. Little did Lauren know that these were for her proposal. Lauren and Audrey have had years of sister sleepovers, learning hairstyles together and laughing together constantly. Lauren always says that Audrey is the funniest person she knows. She can always make her laugh and is so fun to be around. Audrey is an amazing sister, built in best friend and now maid of honor. (pictured on the left)
Best Man
Kaden is Evan’s younger brother, just 14 months apart. Growing up so close in age meant they spent most of their lives side by side, or at each other’s throats, a bond that has strengthened over time. From wilderness adventures in the Canadian Rockies to nights out at distinguished Manhattan jazz clubs, their shared experiences span everything from adventure to everyday life. Along the way, they also developed an unspoken understanding to put differences aside and team up when it came to defending their younger sister, Meghan. Known for his unique sense of humor, proficiency in mixed martial arts and bardic nature, Kaden has long been someone Evan can count on, making him a natural choice to serve as his Best Man, with the sole caveat being the fear of what is to come in his wedding day speech.
Maid of Honor
Everyone says that Kathleen is Lauren's mini me. Even with a ten year age gap, they are built in best friends. When Lauren first brough Evan home to introduce him to the family, in protective sister fashion, Kathleen sat him on the couch, shined a light on him and conducted an "interrogation" with questions like "what was your first impression of my sister?" and "What is Lauren's favorite color?" She was very impressed by his answers and even more impressed when he gave her a huge pack of sour patch kids. Years ago, she and Audrey made a video directed to "Lauren's future boyfriend" one of the many requirements they listed was that when they meet, they requested sour patch kids. It was really funny and sweet. When Evan told her about the proposal the first thing she said was "Yay! You're going to be my brother now!" When they went to get their nails done for the "ice skating competition" Kathleen requested matching sister nails to convince her to get them done too. (pictured on the right)
Groomsman
Nick has been one of Evan’s closest friends from childhood through adulthood. He is the one friend Evan was lucky enough to carry with him from Seattle all the way to New York, a continuity that speaks for itself. Now both graduates of New York University and Meadowdale High School, their friendship has remained constant through major transitions and changing cities. Known for his upbeat attitude and ability to make any situation fun, Nick brings an energy that’s hard to miss, which is supplemented by his uncannily accurate Michael Jackson impression. Although Nick has recently moved back to Seattle, he remains someone Evan values deeply and is grateful to have standing by his side on his wedding day. (pictured on the left)

In sophomore year of highschool, Chimelu and Lauren's bus routes combined and the beginning of their friendship began. Chimelu and Lauren navigated high school together, making each other laugh and get through hours of studying and somehow making anything fun. Chimelu and Lauren were thrilled to get to be in the city together for college at NYU and Columbia. They have made countless memories together, fulfilling their high school selves' dreams and goals. They are on a search for the best Ramen place in NYC and have had many conversations over ramen. With over 7 years of beautiful friendship they constantly quote to each other "They say, if a friendship lasts 7 years, it'll last a lifetime." Lauren is so grateful for Chimelu and the amazing advice, support and encouragement she has given her over the years. Chimelu is the best best friend a girl could ask for.
Groomsman
Daniel is Lauren’s younger brother, and over the past four years he and Evan have developed a bond that feels genuinely brotherly. From the start, Daniel has been a steady and reliable presence, always the voice of reason and someone you can always count on. He’s also known for sharing Evan’s appreciation for all-you-can-eat meals, or really any kind of eating, a mutual interest that has led to many memorable outings. Daniel and Evan also have the habit of making any game as competitive as possible, without ever crossing into incivility. Notably, Daniel’s reaction when Evan asked for his blessing to propose to Lauren stands out as one of Evan’s favorite moments in the entire process. For all these reasons, Evan couldn’t be happier to have Daniel standing by his side on this day.

Lauren completely lucked out in the sister in law department. From their first facetime, and later on their first time meeting in Seattle, Meghan was so welcoming and sweet. Since then they have become really close and very excited to be sister in laws. They have had several New York and Seattle memories, from cafe trips and shopping days to boat days in Lake Chelan. Whenever one of them is sick, the other is too and they get each other through. Meghan has helped Lauren pick out gifts for Evan and helped Evan pick out gifts for Lauren and her dream ring. They also went to Disney land together with Evan's family and had a magical time. When Lauren was scared of the Incredicoaster, Meghan helped her get through it and they even went twice! Lauren is so happy and grateful to have Meghan as her amazing sister.

Michael is Lauren’s younger brother, and despite the age difference, he and Evan have spent a great deal of time together and developed a brotherly dynamic. Now well into high school, nothing makes Evan feel older than watching Michael grow up. Michael is known for his great sense of humor and an inexplicable amount of “rizz” that seems to come naturally. Evan has taken it upon himself to introduce Michael to what he considers the great cultural cornerstones of his own childhood, ranging from Pokémon cards to Minecraft. As a result, the two have spent countless hours together. Those shared interests and time spent together have helped turn a family connection into a real friendship, making it especially meaningful to have Michael standing with Evan on this day.

Amber and Lauren first met in Pre-K at Geneva school. They immediately became friends and wore princess dresses together at recess. It is crazy how time flies and they have now went from princess dresses to shopping for wedding dresses together. They would spend 4th of July together with both of their families. When Lauren moved away, they continued to keep in touch over email. They would hang out in the city, go thrifting, and catch up on everything. When Amber moved to California, Katie and Lauren surprised her for her 21st birthday. During that trip, they all talked about their dream weddings like they did at sleepovers when they were little and how they would love to have each other as bridesmaids one day. It's so exciting that the time is now here! They have such an amazing lifelong friendship and are so happy to be back in NYC together. (pictured in the middle)

Nick is Evan’s stepbrother, though the title only tells part of the story. The two became family later in life, with Evan entering his teenage years and Nick essentially an adult, but over time that distinction faded. What developed instead was a relationship they both consider brotherly. Over the years, they’ve endured countless family road trips and a long-standing tradition of annual physical combat, the results of which Evan is happy to report have consistently gone his way. Alongside the joking rivalry, Nick has been a steady presence, someone Evan respects, trusts, and is glad to call family. Evan is grateful to have Nick standing with him on his wedding day, both as a groomsman and as a brother in every way that counts.

Katie and Lauren first met in Geneva in the 3rd grade. They bonded over a shared pet snail named Bob, making each other laugh and going to the Chinatown ice cream factory together. They have traveled to California together to surprise Amber, eaten lots of amazing food and built a special lifelong friendship. Whenever Katie is with Lauren and Evan, she is their number one candid picture taker. She never lets a cute moment go by without taking a picture of the special memory, this is a small glimpse into the amazing friend Katie is. When the girls went wedding dress shopping, Katie made sure to get every angle of every dress for Lauren. Katie is one of the funniest people who can always make Lauren laugh, no matter how difficult of a day she's had. This picture is from they day Lauren asked Katie and Amber to be her bridesmaids, it was such a special moment that they will cherish forever. Lauren is so grateful to have Katie by her side.
