How much time should I book for this trip?

Answer

You'll want: 5-6 days for this adventure (Sept 30-Oct 4/5) 1 day to fly to SLC or Las Vegas 1 day to travel to BMGR 1 day for the WEDDING :) +1 bonus adventure day around the Boulder Mountain area. Worth it! 1 day to travel back to the airport 1 day to fly home

This wedding is CELESTIAL themed, so anything related to the night sky.

What else should I bring to this wedding?

Answer

BMGR is at 6703 ft above sea level, so bring WARM clothing for those cool nights. Bring sunglasses and a hat for the Utah sun during the day. Bring instruments, because there will be jamming!

Can I camp?

Answer

Yes! camping is encouraged. To save accommodation fees for you, as well as relieve the pressure of the limited lodging available at the ranch during the event. There are plenty of amazing places to camp around the venue- including a campground with a sauna ;)

What arrangements should we make for food during this trip?

Answer

Bringing your own snacks and food is encouraged before/after the wedding day. We will be providing the wedding dinner for you. BMGR has a restaurant on the property called Sweetwater Kitchen. This is the type of food you can expect to find there: https://www.sweetwaterkitchen.com/menu In the town of Boulder, there is a small general store, as well as a breakfast burrito bus, and a restaurant with limited hours.
