Unfortunately due to the size of the venue we are unable to cater for plus ones. If there is any issue, please contact Evan or Lara directly.
We are hosting a welcome mixer on Friday 17 October and recovery party on 19 October; with of course the main event on 18 October. We would love for you to be able to come to all three events, though understand if this is not possible. We recommend staying in central Byron area, in one of the many Airbnbs or hotels. Please reach out should you have any issues securing accomodation!
We have organised transport to and from the wedding venue. Transport will pick up guests from three locations in Byron Bay centre and take them to the wedding venue. At the end of the evening, guests will be dropped back to those locations. Please look at the itinerary page for details of location and time of pick up locations. The ceremony and reception are all at the one venue, so no need to worry once you have arrived. We will not be organising transport to and from the airport, nor to the Welcome or Recovery events. We do have contact details for a driver from Byron Bay we can provide should that assist.
At all events we will be trying our best to cater for all dietary requirements. Please make sure to fill in the requisite information when you RSVP.
The wedding dress code is Byron Black Tie. Please see the 'Dress Code' tab with inspiration to assist. The dress code for the Welcome Mixer and Recovery is 'dressy fun casual' - think dresses, collared shirts, no thongs (obviously). Why not dress up fun?!

Should you be staying in Byron for a couple of days, please have a look at our curated list of recommended places to visit. Evan, Lara and their families will be spending some time in Byron Bay before and after the wedding; with group activities to be organised. Please let us know should you be able to continue the festivities with us!
We will be having a wishing well at the wedding, should you wish to provide a gift.
Whilst we do not encourage any one driving to the wedding venue, there is free parking available to those who need. If you do intend on driving to the wedding venue, please flag when you RSVP or inform either Evan or Lara ahead of time as parking is limited.
