Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our intention is to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner outside and dancing inside Florida weather can be unpredictable, but we have planned for that. If the weather does not cooperate, I will make plans accordingly we want everyone to have a wonderful time rain or shine.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3 in the afternoon. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Well, we love your little ones. We would like to ask that you make arrangement for a sitter in advance due to limited guest restrictions. Please enjoy a night off. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Our venue has a large parking lot with plenty of parking free of charge

Will I be able to take pictures at your wedding?

Answer

We had decided to have an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly request that phones and cameras be put away at that time once the ceremony has concluded feel free to take any photos or videos you would like.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guest who are formally invited if you received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the invitation otherwise we ask that only the name people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

YES!!!! Please RSVP by the day provided on your invitation. This number will help us finalize details with our vendor(s) but don't worry if we don't hear from you. You will certainly hear from us. We will also send out reminders periodically.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you please drink responsibly.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Kayleigh and Evan will be hosting a couple shower on December 13 more information will be provided in the near future!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal with a country twist. Think cocktail dresses or suits — but don’t be afraid to bring out your cowboy boots or western flair! Boots are welcome and encourage. After the ceremony, feel free to switch into something more comfortable for the reception—dancing shoes, comfy clothes, and party vibes encouraged!
