There is a room block at this hotel for our wedding that starts on Thursday, May 26th. Reminder that the wedding is on Friday, May 27th. This link will automatically set your booking to May 26th-27th, so please make sure to book your room for the correct nights you will be arriving/staying. You will also need to request early check-in when you call to book your room if you plan to arrive on Friday before the ceremony. There will be shuttle service from this hotel prior to the ceremony to the venue as well as shuttle service back to the hotel from the venue that evening.

This is the closest airport to our venue so for our friends and family traveling this will be the most convenient.

The first shuttle of the day will be taking guests from the Double Tree Convention Center to Ashton Hill. Pick up for the first shuttle is at 2:45 PM. Please do not rely on the second shuttle time to have enough room for all guests planning to utilize the shuttle service!! Shuttles can only fit 45 people at a time.
