To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is September 1st, 2025. If we have not received your RSVP by this date, we sadly will have to mark you as “not attending” and will not be able to make exceptions. We have to provide our venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they will be specifically included on your wedding invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding
We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Bodock Farms in Burkesville, KY. When traveling to our venue, please enter in “Burkesville, KY” to your gps first. Then once you arrive in Burkesville, you can enter in “Bodock Farms” or the specific venue address to your gps for the final directions. This will ensure you take the easiest route to the venue as possible. The specific address if our venue is 153 Jack Scott Road Burkesville, KY 42717
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm CENTRAL time. We ask that you arrive by 4pm central time in order to give yourself plenty of time to park and take your seats before the ceremony begins. The road to the venue will be blocked off at 4:15pm central time to allow the wedding party to begin lining up. If you are not at the venue by this time, you will unfortunately not be able to enter until after the ceremony is over.
Yes! There is free parking at the venue for both the ceremony and reception. There will also be golf carts available to transport guests from the parking space to the ceremony and reception sites, as well as back to your vehicles at the end of the night. This service will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony and will available throughout the night until end of the reception.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to all be present with us in that moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.
Yes! There will be an open bar during our cocktail hour as well as throughout dinner and the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us! Please plan accordingly to ensure that you get home safely at the end of the night.
