MacKenzie and I have been friends since 3rd grade and lived "across the pond" from each other in our neighborhood for all of middle and high school! We spent our middle and high-school time together doing all sorts of crazy things like pretend "show jumping" her dogs, going paddle boating on the pond, many many Maccy Ds and Zestos trips, Lake weekends and just laying around at Kenzie's house watching stupid youtube videos. It means the world to me for MacKenzie to be standing next to me on my wedding day! She is my longest American friend and has been there with me through all of my big life events all the way from my zoo themed 8th birthday where she was the ONLY one who participated in dressing up, all they way to calling her the day I got engaged. Kenzie is the type of friend who can make every reunion feel as though you were never apart, although I miss seeing her every day!

Mariah and I have been friends since high-school! We both played clarinet in marching band and hung out practically every day because of that. Mariah, Megan and I all got together on weekends to conquer rock band and eat everything in Mariah's mums pantry. We also, as a group, spent a lot of time getting ice cream, McDonalds, Zestos, and Steak and Shake and working together at Meijer in the "fashions" department. I am so happy to be having Mariah next to me on my wedding day! She is so passionate about what she does and it makes me strive to be more passionate about meaningful things in my life. Most of my memories of high-school are dotted with hilarious moments with Mariah. Her home was a hallmark to my high-school days filled with uncontrollable laughter and joy. I can't wait to continue that energy into the future.

Megan and I have been friends since middle-school as we played clarinet and bass clarinet together. Mariah, Megan and I all got together on weekends to conquer rock band and eat everything in Mariah's mums pantry in the high-school days. We also, as a group, spent a lot of time getting ice cream, McDonalds, Zestos, and Steak and Shake and working together at Meijer in the "fashions" department. Although Megan went to IU and I went to U of I we continued to stay in contact and hang out over school breaks. Now we are both back in Fort Wayne with big girl jobs! I already had to type this twice because I had too many nice things to say about Megan. She is such a caring, compassionate, kind, and down to earth human being that will always be there for you and support you in whatever way that you need. Megan is exorbitantly thoughtful and always willing to do what needs to be done to makes things workout. I'm so excited to have her next to me through life.

Sabrina and I became friends throughout our time at U of Indy. Originally we met through mutual friends and then ended up living together in an apartment for the last 2 years of undergraduate school! Cassidy, Sabrina, and I had countless trips to Wendys and DQ that were a 2 minute drive from campus, as well as Culvers for some yummy food. Sabrina and I make trips to each other for ice cream or coffee dates whenever our paths cross! Sabrina goes out of her way to make time for us to catch up during our busy lives which don't often cross naturally. Whether I need a coffee shop suggestion or a person to talk to through the tough times she is always there for me. I have countless invaluable souvenirs from Mexico throughout my house that remind me daily of her and our 4 years together at Uindy. She is such a supportive friend and I can't wait to celebrate with her on my wedding day.

Cassidy and I became friends throughout our time together at U of Indy. We started living next to each other with different roommates in dorms freshman year, then ended up living in an apartment together for the last 2 years of undergraduate schooling! Both Cassidy and I set out on our dreams to be physical therapists at the University of Indianapolis and now, 7 years later are big girl Doctors with Physical Therapy jobs! Cassidy and I started out with the same dream and I always find myself striving to be just like her. She is funny, compassionate, and intelligent and is always there to help work through any situation. I can always remember our times at UIndy when I could hear her cackling through the wall at something I had sent her online. I can't wait to continue to cackle together at hilarious moments throughout life.

Trevor, or as I fondly call him—Trev, TBuns, or the mighty Tbunosaurus Rex—is one of the kindest souls you'll ever meet. His heart is as big as his sense of humor, and he has a remarkable way of always putting others before himself, even when it means going the extra mile. Whether it's offering a helping hand or just being there to listen, Trevor embodies what it means to be a true friend. He's the guy you want by your side on your best days and your toughest ones, and I’m beyond grateful to have him standing with me on one of the most important days of my life. Trevor has a heart of gold and an unwavering commitment to always being the best version of himself. His dedication is unmatched, and he never half-asses anything he does. I've often found myself striving to keep up with his level of determination, and I know that I’ve made it as far as I have in life because I’ve had him by my side, pushing me to be better every step of the way. His drive and support have been invaluable, and I’m honored to call him my friend.

Eli is one of my oldest and dearest friends. No matter how much time passes or how far apart life takes us, every time we reconnect, it feels like no time has passed at all. His intelligence never ceases to amaze me, and I’m grateful to have someone so dependable in my life. Eli is more than a friend; he's a constant reminder of the bonds that withstand the test of time. Having him by my side on this special day means the world to me. Eli is incredible at almost everything he puts his heart into. His natural talent and dedication are something I admire deeply. I often find myself striving to reach his level, spending countless hours just to barely match his expertise. He's the kind of person who inspires me to push beyond my limits and always aim higher.

Lloyd is a bright and hardworking individual, continually working to define what success means to him and to find his place in this world. His remarkable ability to connect with people is almost magnetic, as if others are naturally drawn to him. Lloyd exudes confidence and assertiveness, never letting others push him around or dictate his path. I am incredibly proud of the person Lloyd has become and admire his skill in fostering and nurturing relationships. In many ways, I find myself envious of his ability to build such meaningful connections with those around him. Watching Lloyd grow into the person he is today has been a privilege, and I am excited to see what the future holds for him.

Chaz is someone I’ve come to admire deeply, especially as we’ve grown up and navigated adulthood together. Watching him become the father he is today has been truly inspiring. He always puts his children first, doing whatever is best for them, and it’s clear how much they look up to him. They see him as the cool dad, and it's easy to understand why. He strikes a perfect balance between being fun and being responsible, setting an example that any parent would be proud of. As we've both matured, Chaz has taken a more active role in my life, and I can’t express how grateful I am for that. We've built a strong connection as adults, one that I truly cherish. I wish I got to see him more often, but every time we do, it feels like we pick up right where we left off. Chaz is someone I know I can count on, and having him as a part of my life, especially on such an important day, means the world to me. He’s not just a stepbrother—he’s family in every sense of the word.

Cassidy and I didn’t always have the closest relationship growing up, but as we’ve gotten older, I’ve become incredibly impressed with the person she has become. Her work ethic is nothing short of remarkable, and I admire how much she has matured over the years—so much so that in many ways, I feel she has surpassed me. Cassidy is the kind of person who knows exactly what she wants and takes active steps to make it happen. She’s strong, independent, and wise beyond her years. I’ve never seen her lean on others the way I often did growing up; instead, she stands on her own, confidently forging her own path. Watching her grow into the person she is today has been a humbling and inspiring experience, and I’m proud to call her my sister. Having her by my side on this special day means more to me than words can express.
