Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By October 1st, 2025

Question

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

No Plus Ones unless specifically indicated on your invite. Yes, children are allowed and please indicate on RSVP. However, please note that the venue is an indoor and outdoor property. The outdoor space is only partially enclosed and contains a pond. Please look at pictures of the venue on the Camino Real Ranch website. Also, please follow the venue rules below: "Children: There have been times at the Venue when children were not properly supervised. Children under the age of 18 are the Patron's complete responsibility. Please ensure your guests know where their children are at all times and make certain that they clearly understand the Rules of this Venue. The Venue would greatly appreciate it if persons do not disturb plants, rocks, trees, or other natural gifts. Please do not walk or step in flower beds. Children are not allowed near the pond, to use the spiral staircase in the Quonset Hut, or allowed in the Quonset Hut loft area. " Please let us know if you have any questions.

Question

Any concerns about the ongoing Measles outbreak?

Answer

As we prepare to celebrate this special day with all of you, we want to share an important health reminder. As the measles outbreak in Texas continues, we ask that everyone be mindful and responsible as we gather together. If you are not vaccinated against measles, please understand that there may be guests in attendance who are especially vulnerable—this includes immunocompromised individuals, young children who are too young to be vaccinated, and others who are unable to receive the vaccine due to medical reasons, such as pregnancy. We ask that you thoughtfully consider your health status and the health of those around you when deciding to attend. Our goal is to create a safe and joyful environment for everyone, and your understanding and care mean the world to us.

Question

Is there ADA accessibility for guests that may need it?

Answer

Yes. There will be a golf cart on the property for anyone that needs assistance getting to and from the different areas of the venue. Also, if the golf cart does not meet your ADA needs, you can drive your own vehicle to the different areas of the property. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me or David know.
